Configuring Trust Manager to run on 64 bit computers

Trust Manager itself is compatible with 64 bit machines, however the Microsoft Jet driver which we use to access our database is not.  The fix for this is quite simple however…

  • if you have uninstalled Trust Manager since sending this email, please install again using the previous installer you downloaded from www.blackballsoftware.com
  • browse to the location on your computer where Trust Manager was installed.  The default is "c:\program files\trust manager" or "c:\program files (x86)\trust manager"
  • within that folder, you’ll see a sub-folder called "application"
  • download this file, unzip it, and copy its contents "trustmanager.exe" into the "application" folder – overwriting the existing file of the same name
